Booking
Private Hire/Event Hire (supervised by hirer)
Once we have agreed a hire date, venue, delivery and collection times and a hire cost with you, we ask for a small deposit to secure your booking. The balance is payable on the day of hire. On receipt of your deposit, we will send you a Booking Confirmation by return of post containing all the relevant details of your booking, together with two copies of our Terms & Conditions. Please read these carefully, as they contain important information for the safety of users of our equipment. One copy is for your information, the other copy is to be signed and dated and given to our driver on the day of hire, before hire commences.
Event Hire (supervised by our operator)
If you
would like us to provide an operator for your event, we are able to
arrange this.
For an event where no charge is made for using our equipment, we will
agree with you a hire cost plus a cost for supplying an operator on
an hourly basis. A small deposit is required to secure the booking.
On receipt of your deposit, a Booking Confirmation containing all the
relevant details of your booking will be sent to you by return of post.
Alternatively, if you are running a profit making event such a fete,
we are willing to supply our equipment with an operator to you free
of charge, subject to availability of equipment and size/duration/suitability
of your event. We will agree with you a user charge to be collected
by our operator on the day. Prior to the event we will also agree with
you a donation fee to be paid to you at the end of the event. Written
confirmation of this agreement will be sent to you.
