Terms
and Conditions of Hire (for private hire)
These
are our standard terms and conditions that we send to you with your
booking confirmation:
1) Once
we have set up the inflatable, the safe operation of the equipment becomes
the responsibility of the hirer.
2) The
equipment is covered by public liability insurance up to and including
age 14 years. The hirer takes full responsibility for anyone using the
equipment outside this age range.
3) A responsible
adult should be present at all times to supervise.
4) Separate
bouncing sessions should be organised for different age groups.
5) Shoes
to be removed, along with any jewellery, hard, sharp or dangerous objects.
Spectacles should be removed. No food or drink to be allowed on the
inflatable.
6) Nobody
to climb or hang on walls of inflatable. Do not overload inflatable
or bounce on step.
7) Limit
number of children on inflatable to allow each child to play safely.
8) We
provide a RCD circuit breaker, which needs to be used to protect users
of the equipment. The electric blower can not be used in adverse weather
conditions. Please note that the inflatable can become slippery in wet
conditions.
9) Do
not switch off the blower when inflatable is in use. If the blower fails
for any reason, the inflatable must be evacuated immediately to prevent
injury. Users must not be allowed back on until it is fully inflated.
10) If
any damage is caused to the inflatable or electric blower by misuse
or neglect, the hirer will be liable for the cost of the full repair.
Any cleaning costs incurred by misuse will also become the hirer’s
responsibility.
